After 21 years in the corporate world, it was time for a change. They wanted to make a difference and knew they had the knowledge, experience and contacts in all facets of livestock and property to be able to help people maximise their profits. So they decided to take a risk and start their own venture.

Ed and Iona are born and bred locals. That’s the place they’ve known and breathed for decades. They both know that Hay is in a unique position for livestock producers as Hay’s sheep and cattle are renowned nationwide. Their business is located close to major selling centres, feedlots, abattoirs and most importantly, to store buyers in Victoria and Eastern NSW.

With this in mind, the time was right for them to offer a unique service and become Hay’s only independent agents. Part of their unique service is the consistency in service and knowledge.

With Ed’s positive reputation and quality driven results, he has quickly become a sounding board in the industry. While Ed is generally the person you’ll be liaising with, you’ll find Iona in the engine room running the back end of the business from the office so that Ed can do what he does best in the paddock.
